Johal’s brother in Scotland, who has been running a media campaign, denies the charges levelled against him.,However, his arrest in India, has sparked outrage among Sikh groups in the UK and Scotland, with Opposition Leader Keir Starmer as well as several other Labour Party parliamentarians having urged the Boris Johnson administration to negotiate his release with the Indian government.,“Ministers and officials of the Government have consistently raised the UK’s concerns directly with the Government of India about Mr. Johal’s treatment and his right to a fair trial. C | 改造前の「かが」の基準排水量は1万9500トン、全長248m、幅38m。公開された写真は、「かが」がドックにピッタリ収まった様子を捉えています。

D | 　海上自衛隊呉資料館は、過去に同じドックに入渠した潜水艦「あきしお」の写真も比較用に公開しており、「かが」と比べるとかなり小さいことがわかります。「あきしお」は基準排水量2300トン、全長76m、幅9.9mです。　ちなみに、JMU呉事業所は元々、史上最大の戦艦「大和」を建造した呉海軍工廠でした。「大和」は基準排水量6万4000トン、全長263m、幅38.9m。排水量（船の重さとほぼ同等）は「かが」の3倍以上あるものの、全長と幅はあまり変わりません。
